What’s the role?
We’re hiring 360 Recruitment Consultants – which means you’ll be hands-on with both clients and candidates, helping businesses grow and people land their dream jobs.
This is a highly collaborative office, and we believe success breeds success.
You’ll be doing a mix of:
- Business development – building client relationships, picking up the phone, winning new business
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, client management, and offer negotiation
- Building and nurturing client relationships – from start-ups to multinationals
- Candidate sourcing & engagement – finding top talent and guiding them through the hiring process
Who are we looking for?
You could be a perfect fit if you have:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles (retail, call center’s, B2B sales – all welcome) all relevant experience we are looking for!
- A strong work ethic
- Confidence on the phone and a natural flair for building relationships
- A natural communicator – confident on the phone and ready to build relationships with clients and candidates alike
