Job Title: Business Analyst – Data Centres
Location: London (on-site once every two weeks – expenses covered)
Contract Length: 6 months (with a view to extend into implementation)
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
We are supporting a key client in the search for an experienced Business Analyst to support a CRM-related programme of work. The ideal candidate will take a strong, business-wide view and be confident in leading stakeholder engagement, driving workshops, and challenging processes to deliver clear outcomes. This is a fast-paced role in a challenging environment, therefore the client require someone that can hit the ground running amongst a lean team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams across business and IT

  • Drive stakeholder engagement across senior and operational levels to ensure alignment and commitment

  • Gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM or Salesforce)

  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications

  • Push back when needed to challenge assumptions and ensure clarity of scope

  • Collaborate with European teams to maintain momentum across regions

  • Support the transition from discovery to implementation, ensuring continuity and readiness

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Must have data center experience to be considered.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex business environments

  • Solid stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Strong experience working on CRM projects – ideally Dynamics CRM or Salesforce

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving business analysis activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
