We are currently working with the Investment Management arm of an MNC insurance company for several Project Manager and Change Manager hiring needs.
You will lead and support the successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for assessing change impacts, developing change strategies, as well as overseeing the implementation within the overall project.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and project governance bodies.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to leadership and steering committees
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses
- Collaborate with project and business leads to embed change into operational processes.
- Monitor change readiness, adoption, and resistance, and adjust plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in change management / project management, ideally within investment management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of front, middle, and back-office investment processes
- Strong knowledge of investment operations, systems (e.g., OMS, PMS, risk platforms), and data management.
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin preferred
