Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies for personal and reinsurance lines of products.
- Create, update, and maintain pricing models that accurately capture risk and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design insurance products that meet the needs of both the company and its clientele.
- Utilize advanced analytics to assess risk potential and recommend appropriate pricing solutions.
- Drive the strategic vision of the company forward by adopting innovative pricing mechanisms and product solutions.
- Manage a team of actuaries and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
- Adhere to and enforce strict regulatory and compliance standards throughout all operations and processes.
