IT Audit Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Location: Remote (office location in London) with regular travel across Europe
Salary: £40-45,000 + private healthcare, dental, and pension

We’re working with AtlasEdge, one of the fastest-growing data centre providers in Europe, as they expand their Governance, Risk & Compliance team. This role offers broad exposure across audit, risk, and compliance, supporting internal and external assurance activities in a highly operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support internal and external audit activity across multiple European sites

Ensure compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISAE 3402)

Track and maintain the business risk profile and follow up on audit findings

Coordinate with site managers and technical teams to deliver audit workplans

Assist with regulatory audits, client audits, and sustainability/compliance-related assessments

Coach colleagues across the business to ensure audit readiness and evidence collection

Contribute to developing internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in audit, risk, or compliance within a technical, security, or IT environment

Exposure to ISO standards (27001 essential, others beneficial)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse teams

A proactive, detail-driven individual who takes ownership and communicates clearly
-
Willingness to travel regularly across European sites

No formal audit qualifications required – attitude, potential, and accountability are key
