Manage and monitor client’s Micro Segmentation solution, collaborating with business units, engineering, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide BAU support for the micro-segmentation solution.
- Continuously review and enhance Micro Segmentation policies and rules.
- Manage and monitor the capacity of the Micro Segmentation platform.
- Ensure all Operational tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs
- Help develop processes and documentation around the operational functions of the Micro Segmentation Project
- Support security incidents.
- Create and maintain operational documentation for the Micro Segmentation solution.
- Participate in escalation calls.
- Provide monitoring of ZTMS SaaS console and dashboards
- Collaborate with application and project teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security best practices.
- Develop and implement automated workflows to swiftly and effectively mitigate security risks.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
