Private Equity Reporting Assurance Analyst

My client, a top Private Equity Firm is looking for an Assurance Reporting Analyst to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support creation of presentations and analysis for investor meetings (annual meetings, advisory boards, conference calls).
  • Ensure all investor communications are accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and data tie-outs for all materials.
  • Work closely with investment teams and senior leaders to verify content accuracy.
  • Assist with fundraising and LP diligence requests.
  • Help ensure accuracy of quarterly and ad hoc portfolio data outputs.
  • Propose technology/process improvements for portfolio data aggregation.
  • Take on broader responsibilities as the role evolves.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, background in audit or accounting preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective under pressure.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
