Our ideal candidate is someone with a full-desk 360 recruitment background with some management/mentorship experience, that’s looking to take their career to the next level. In Brief:

  • We’re seeking an experienced 360 billing manager with 5-8 years of experience to join one of the highest performing, most successful recruitment teams in the world.
  • Candidates without recent experience as a 360 recruitment consultant at a staffing agency will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • All Recruiters at Oliver James Associates operate in 360 roles, proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships; mentoring more junior staff to do the same.
  • The successful applicant will be focused on expanding an already profitable desk and business
  • Defining client requirements whilst mapping out the organizational structure, the culture and clients’ annual growth plans;
  • Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organizing networking events and client presentations;
  • Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implication of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires;
  • Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated.
