In Brief:
- We’re seeking an experienced 360 billing manager with 5-8 years of experience to join one of the highest performing, most successful recruitment teams in the world.
- Candidates without recent experience as a 360 recruitment consultant at a staffing agency will not be considered.

Responsibilities
- All Recruiters at Oliver James Associates operate in 360 roles, proactively headhunting candidates and developing and establishing new business relationships; mentoring more junior staff to do the same.
- The successful applicant will be focused on expanding an already profitable desk and business
- Defining client requirements whilst mapping out the organizational structure, the culture and clients’ annual growth plans;
- Networking with candidates and clients frequently, organizing networking events and client presentations;
- Negotiating commercial terms with FTSE 150 companies, understanding the implication of the PSL for both permanent and contract hires;
- Cross selling other disciplines and incorporating other business areas into the relationships cultivated.
