Laurelle, please introduce yourself to our readers!

As HR Consultant in the Oliver James Amsterdam office, I will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR talent to our existing (and new) clients across the Netherlands, as well as supporting and assisting HR professionals throughout their career.

How will the team support businesses in the Netherlands?

As an international recruitment business, Oliver James has over 20 years’ experience working with HR professionals across a variety of industries and sectors. Our Amsterdam office has been working with HR teams to deliver talent to businesses for just over 8 years and as a result, have built up and established a wide network within the HR market.

The unemployment rate in the Netherlands is very low which means finding good quality HR professionals is a difficult task. As a team, we are well-versed in working candidate-short markets and can utilise our strong HR networks across the Netherlands (and internationally), providing businesses with access to the best HR talent.

As a full service provider, we deliver temporary, contract and permanent HR and Recruitment professionals. The team will work to continue building sustainable partnerships with businesses, delivering HR skill-sets and qualified candidates to the Financial Services industry, particularly Banking, Insurance, and Commerce & Industry.

How will the team support HR professionals across the Netherlands?

The team at Oliver James is driven by what is important to you and are here to support and guide you throughout your career. We will support HR professionals with their career ambitions from entry level (HR Assistant, HR Advisor, HR Administrator and HR Officer) up to C-Suite level. We will also support the careers of anyone working in the recruitment or talent acquisition space and will provide our in-depth industry knowledge and experience to provide career advice and job preparation.
