Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote environment, understands complex client needs, and can drive long-term value across enterprise accounts.
You will act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, ensuring successful delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based solutions (Google Workspace experience highly desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
