Senior Architect – Enterprise Insurance Solutions
Remote / Salary 140k plus bonus
Join a leading team delivering large-scale, complex insurance technology programmes. As a Senior Business Architect, you’ll shape solution strategy, guide architecture decisions, and ensure successful delivery across enterprise environments.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working across business and technology teams to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to client goals. This role combines architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across complex programmes
- Define and govern standards for requirements, design, and delivery
- Facilitate workshops to capture business, data, and integration needs
- Mentor teams and provide oversight across workstreams
- Identify risks early and ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Present solutions and roadmaps to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture within insurance or similar industries
- Proven ability to lead across multiple teams or large programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile delivery and cloud-based solutions
- Ability to align business needs with scalable technical solutions
- German language skills required
