Communication Consultant – Insurance

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Consultant with strong insurance expertise to drive go-to-market initiatives, messaging strategy, and content development that boosts brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth, for a rewnown insurance company.

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end launches for health and insurance products, integrating ATL, digital, PR, and on-ground activations. Develop and deploy high-performing digital and social content strategies, agent recognition programs, and client storytelling to maximize engagement, reach, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns for health and insurance products.
  • Develop messaging strategies and create content: testimonials, case studies, agent recognition, and campaign collateral.
  • Design and implement digital and social media strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and campaign success.
  • Ensure all communications comply with regulatory standards and reflect brand values.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience in insurance and/or health products.
  • Proven expertise in messaging strategy, content development, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing and social media strategy skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional projects.
