We are working with a leading Life Insurance organization that is undergoing a significant transformation in how it uses technology to enable frontline sales and customer engagement.

They are seeking a Director of Product Management with deep Salesforce expertise and proven Sales Enablement capability to take ownership of a critical enterprise platform and redefine how it supports commercial performance.

This is a fully remote contract-to-hire appointment (4-6 months), with a clear pathway into a permanent leadership position.

Mandate

This is a high-visibility role with a clear expectation to:

Candidate Profile

The successful individual will bring:

  • Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise
  • Demonstrable experience building Sales Enablement capability using Salesforce
  • Strong track record in enterprise product leadership roles
  • Experience delivering 0 → 1 transformation in complex organisations
  • Ability to operate credibly with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong product discipline with practical execution capability
  • Background in regulated or complex environments (Insurance/FS preferred)
