Role: HRIS and Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of HR systems, including Workday and connected tools.
  • Streamline and standardise HR processes across the employee lifecycle for scalability and clarity.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and change rollouts to ensure quality and user adoption.
  • Coordinate integrations and dependencies with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and governance.
  • Support advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
  • Provide direction on HR technology and process innovation.
  • Manage external partners, ensuring effective delivery and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years’ experience in HR systems or HR technology, with deep Workday knowledge.
  • Track record of delivering transformation or automation initiatives in global settings.
  • Experience leading teams and managing delivery priorities.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and data practices.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
