Role: HRIS and Transformation Lead
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of HR systems, including Workday and connected tools.
- Streamline and standardise HR processes across the employee lifecycle for scalability and clarity.
- Manage system updates, testing, and change rollouts to ensure quality and user adoption.
- Coordinate integrations and dependencies with internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and governance.
- Support advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
- Provide direction on HR technology and process innovation.
- Manage external partners, ensuring effective delivery and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years’ experience in HR systems or HR technology, with deep Workday knowledge.
- Track record of delivering transformation or automation initiatives in global settings.
- Experience leading teams and managing delivery priorities.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and data practices.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
