IT Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: Dublin | Work Model: Hybrid
We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a global technology function within a PMO environment. This role will lead a range of IT and transformation initiatives, including cloud, automation, AI, and other modern technology programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) across teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure backlogs and roadmaps follow Agile best practice.
- Coach teams and stakeholders in adopting an Agile mindset.
- Manage small to medium-sized IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Engage stakeholders, manage risks/issues, and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource tracking.
- Lead project teams and ensure formal project closure with lessons learned.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ IT project management experience.
- Agile certification (e.g. Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) required.
- Strong technical exposure to cloud, automation, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in regulated or complex industries is advantageous.
