M&A Associate | Real Estate
We are partnering with a leading global asset manager with a strong presence in real estate investing, looking to hire an M&A Associate to join their team.
This is an opportunity to take on a more hands-on role across the full transaction lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership on complex, high-value real estate deals.
The Role
You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions, with exposure to both acquisitions and broader strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and underwriting real estate investment opportunities in line with portfolio strategy
- Building and reviewing detailed financial models to support investment decisions
- Leading due diligence across financial, commercial, and operational workstreams
- Managing transaction processes end-to-end, working with sellers, investors, and external advisors
- Preparing investment papers, presentations, and materials for senior stakeholders
- Supporting negotiations and helping drive transactions through to completion
- Staying close to market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing strategic insight
Your Background
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, real estate private equity, or a related investment role
- Strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience
- Direct exposure to real estate investing or asset-level underwriting
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
