Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong operational execution.
- Partner with senior leadership to support the development and execution of investment and fund strategies.
- Prepare and review fund analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage due diligence processes for prospective investments as well as ongoing portfolio activity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure all financial and operational requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Deep experience in private equity fund accounting and strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and working across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
