🔴 Operational Risk Analyst (Second Line) Brussels – Open to Relocation 🔴
We are currently partnering with a leading international insurance group to hire an Operational Risk Analyst to join their growing Belgian team.
In this role, you will operate within a dynamic and collaborative international environment, supporting the development and implementation of the company’s risk management framework. You will work closely with business stakeholders – including senior leadership such as the CFO – to assess, challenge, and strengthen risk practices across the organization.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Experience in Operational Risk (Second Line required)
✔️ Background in insurance, banking, or financial services
✔️ Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (DORA is a strong plus)
✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
✔️ Fluent in English
