A leading global investment manager is seeking a Paralegal to join its Legal team.
Role:
Support private equity investments, fundraises, and legal/compliance processes, including managing documentation, coordinating closings, and working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ paralegal experience (corporate/transactional)
- Exposure to private equity or fund structures preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Compensation:
- $75K base + bonus
