Senior Associate – Private Equity Fund Administration

Our client, a highly regarded organization within the fund administration space, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its team. This is a permanent opportunity offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment and the chance to play a key role in supporting the operational success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of private equity investments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution.
  • Prepare and review fund analysis and investor reporting in accordance with GAAP.
  • Assist with due diligence processes for prospective investments and ongoing portfolio activity.
  • Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to support investment and fund strategies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes to ensure financial and operational requirements are met.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of operational quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in private equity fund accounting and solid knowledge of GAAP.
  • Experience working in a team environment, coordinating across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present financial information to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing priorities effectively.
