A leading provider of fund administration and advisory services to private equity, venture capital, real estate, and fund-of-funds managers is seeking a Private Markets Fund Manager to lead client engagements and oversee fund operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day fund activity
- Lead fund accounting, capital accounts, and financial reporting
- Supervise audit and tax processes
- Review investor communications
- Drive engagement efficiency and team performance
- Support business development and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- 5+ years in PE/VC fund accounting, administration, or public accounting
- Strong partnership accounting knowledge
- Prior team management experience preferred
- CPA preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting systems a plus
