Scrum Master / Data Analyst (M/F)
Context You will join a new Agile squad of 3-4 members (including a Data Architect) responsible for delivering Data & Analytics projects. Your role will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrum Master: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and ensure team velocity.
- Data Analyst: Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the Data team.
- Collaborate with the Data Architect to align solutions with the overall architecture.
Profile Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst with a Data background.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and SAS (or equivalent).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of data challenges.
- Fluent in French and English.
