My client, a Top Real Estate Asset Manager is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their expanding team to handle internal fund accounting. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly closes and financial reporting
• Assist with SEC filings and investment analysis
• Prepare journal entries and review financial statements
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and cash transactions
• Improve reporting processes and support special projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Accounting degree; CPA preferred
• Strong Excel, financial reporting, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
