Role:
Lead legal support for U.S. operations, focusing on drafting and negotiating reinsurance treaties and advising on complex, high-value transactions. This role also partners closely with business teams on strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- JD + U.S. bar admission
- 4+ years’ reinsurance experience (law firm or in-house)
- Strong treaty drafting/negotiation experience (essential)
- Broad exposure to structured life reinsurance

Commercial, collaborative lawyer with strong technical skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and engage with senior stakeholders.
