Responsibilities
- Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Analyze fund performance and report insights to senior leadership
- Manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals
Requirements
- 3+ years in fund administration, or public accounting – must be at senior associate level for 12+ months
- Strong experience in fund accounting and GAAP
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
