Overview

We are looking for a Solution Architect with experience in the FSI. The ideal candidate will help implement large core systems, define digital strategies, and drive architecture approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Core Systems: Lead the design and rollout of large core systems in FSI.

• Define Strategy: Create and execute a digital technology strategy to improve efficiency and support growth.

• Drive Approvals: Work with local, regional, and corporate teams to secure architecture approvals.

• Collaborate: Partner with product managers and development teams to integrate solutions.

• Provide Guidance: Mentor technical teams on best practices and trends.

• Engage Stakeholders: Communicate designs and gather requirements from key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years in solution architecture within FSI.

• Technical Skills: Knowledge of insurance core systems and cloud technologies.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology strategies with business goals.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
