My client, a leading international insurance group, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team on a 6-month part-time contract (3 days/week), supporting the Head of HR for Europe.
The role will involve supporting HR operations across France, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Germany. You'll be handling general employee relations across these jurisdictions, along with project work such as policy updates, gap analyses, and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) reviews.
Start: ASAP
Location: Paris (hybrid possible)
Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension
Rate: Attractive daily rate (TJM)
