Job Description

To provide general Corporate action support for Equities Derivatives and Prime Finance Trading businesses. Task in scope include managing corporate action events for all Asia markets on equity products from the lifecycle of the event from monitor, adjustment and reconciliation. Team would also support any regulatory agenda and new business initiatives that impact the business.

Product Coverage: Listed Products, OTC Options, Structured note, Portfolio Swaps,


Requirements

* 4-6 years of strong experience in an investment banking environment in Coporate Action or Asset Service.
* Knowledge in OTC Equity Derivatives, Prime Finance products and the trade life cycles
* Ability to pick up complex system architecture quickly, work effectively under pressure and a fast learner
* Be a team player and be able to create collaborative relationships across the organization
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with management at different levels
* Strong proficiency in MS Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage
