Job Description:

Our dynamic and rapidly evolving team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our sales agents and policyholders. Identifying and assessing the needs of our agents and providing one-call resolutions. Serving as a direct point of contact for our sales agents, your primary responsibility is to build agent relationships while increasing agent participation in our products and services. Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed.

Job requirements:

  • Must provide excellent customer service to agents and policyholders by answering questions about products or services via phone and email.
  • Educating agents about new offerings.
  • Must actively participate in agent and policyholder development and retention initiatives via outbound calling and emails.
  • Ability to deliver product trainings and documentation to agents when requested.
  • Will routinely assist with health prequalifying calls for potential policyholders.
  • Responsible for conducting Point of Sale phone interviews for potential policyholders.
  • Assist with registration and troubleshooting for the company's agent and policyholder web systems.
  • Analyze agent concerns and work with other teams to provide problem resolutions.
  • Log and track all agent and policyholder calls.
  • Responsible for fulfilling agent supply orders upon request.
  • Provide agents with status updates and pending requirements for submitted applications.
  • Assist with creating quotes for products and services.
  • Route client leads to appropriate sales agents.
  • Responsible for staying up-to-date on company products and services.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work experience will be considered in lieu of education. 3 to 5 years of customer service/ account management/ sales support experience.

Must have intermediate knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Salesforce experience preferred

Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills

Ability to multitask

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

High-level typing skills

Advanced knowledge of telephone and call forwarding systems

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
