Oliver James are currently working with a Life Insurer in London in their search for a Capital Analyst.

The client are a leading life insurer with a reputation for innovation and market leading pricing / product development strategies.

This role sits in a small team of Capital Actuaries and you will provide support to the Head of Capital Management whilst also proving resource to the Projects team.

The role will include getting involved in all aspects related to Solvency II across Pillars I, II and III. The role will be technical in nature with a focus on maintaining and developing the Solvency II model. Other responsibilities will include:

- Producing Solvency II balance sheets for various purposes across the business.

- Quarterly solvency II reporting

- Model maintenance and development, specifically prophet

- ORSA management and stress and scenario testing.

You will need at least 2 years work experience for this role and a keen interest in progressing with your actuarial exams.
