Change Analyst (Strategy) - London Market Reinsurer

London - Hybrid

A leading London market Reinsurance firm are looking to make transformational changes in their Underwriting and Portfolio management functions and need your knowledge and expertise to deliver! This role will be directly supporting the Global Head of Underwriting and Portfolio Operations, working directly with the underwriting and portfolio management teams to drive adoption rates for strategic change initiatives.

This role will require an individual with project management and strong stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to translate and communicate complex change initiatives into achievable plans. You will be required to do the design, development, communication and delivery of transformation projects within a global underwriting and operations function.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement / management skills with an ability to build long term and trusting relationships across numerous functions
  • Develop and present comprehensive documentation to effectively communicate strategic change initiatives
  • Support planning and execution of change projects, ensuring alignment to timelines, budgets and quality standards
  • Tracking and documentation of new project ideas and scope; from initial proposal to delivery
  • Take ownership of process mapping and documentation
  • Foster inter team connection to support planning, prioritisation, and communication of change within their respective teams
  • Communicate and liaise with teams impacted by change

Skills / Experience:

  • (re)insurance and/or project management qualifications (i.e. ARe, CPCU, PMP)
  • 3+ years' experience delivering change
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrable history of working with cross-business functions
  • Ability to deliver presentations that engage and drive adoption across all levels of the business
  • Ensure information flows effectively both up, down and across the business
  • Strong background operating in change teams delivering a variety of small - medium change initiatives
