Position Summary
An exciting opportunity for a strong, analytical, and proactive individual to join the Strategic PMO team as as Senior Project Manager. This role supports senior leadership in driving large-scale transformation initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic initiatives and service delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Use strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and proactively manage risks and impediments.

  • Conduct independent project reviews and health checks to ensure consistent delivery standards and recommend corrective actions where needed.

  • Prepare periodic variance reports comparing actuals, rolling forecasts, and budgets for owned projects.

  • Act as a Change Manager to support adoption and stakeholder alignment around key transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management strategies across ongoing initiatives.

  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the overall transformation roadmap.


Experience & Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Consulting background is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities.

  • Proven hands-on problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.

  • Experience managing projects in a consulting/vendor environment.

  • Skilled in C-level communications and managing complex project interdependencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage issues independently with minimal escalation.

  • Solid analytical skills for interpreting data and crafting business-focused insights.

  • Proficiency in project, budget, vendor, and change management.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Comfort working across functions including Finance, Actuarial, and Data, while maintaining a holistic project view.
