Oliver James is working with a leading insurance carrier that is looking to hire a Claims Manager - Commercial Auto. In this role, you will manage key relationships with senior leaders and adjusters at TPAs to ensure claims are being handled in line with time and quality expectations. Claims will fall within the commercial auto business line including trucking and transportation - you will give guidance on all claims matters including litigation and coverage advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key relationships with TPAs to ensure claims are being handled in line with expectations
- Give key claims advice on commercial auto, trucking and transportation claims
- Drive strategy between your organisation and TPAs/ service providers they partner with
- Involvement in litigation and high level claims matters (within commercial auto claims)
Experience / Skills Required
- 7+ years experience within commercial auto, trucking and transportation claims - essential (please note we cannot consider personal line auto claims experience)
- Experience handling claims above $100,000 in value through to larger loss limits
- Experience handling relationships with third party administrators (TPAs) highly preferred
- Claims operations- with the ability to drive process, best practice and operational strategy
- Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License essential
This FULLY REMOTE role comes with an excellent salary of $115,000 plus 15% bonus. This business is rapidly expanding which brings excellent job opportunities for the future.
