They are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can provide exceptional support to both clients and internal advisory teams.
We are partnering with an independent and fast-growing wealth management firm based in downtown Chicago that serves a discerning clientele of high-net-worth individuals and family offices. The firm is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join their client operations team in a full-time, in-office role. The right individual will play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction while supporting the daily workflow of financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a primary point of contact for client service needs, proactively and reactively addressing requests
* Support advisors with scheduling, communication, and execution of client-related tasks
* Onboard new clients and prepare all necessary documentation for account openings and maintenance
* Interface with custodians and vendors for client transfers, disbursements, and investment-related actions
* Manage inbound emails, calls, and tasks; ensure timely completion of deliverables
* Assist with document management, compliance tracking, and technology platforms including CRM, e-signature systems, and client portals
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and regulatory standards
* Support ad hoc internal projects and help improve workflows and client service models
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Experience in financial services or client support preferred (but not required)
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow a defined process
* Highly organized, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver on client expectations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, CRMs, and digital tools
* Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
