Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, delivering bespoke wealth management and advisory solutions
Design and implement complex investment strategies utilizing private markets, alternatives, and traditional assets
Leverage the firm's global resources and institutional-quality investment platform to serve client needs
Foster deep, enduring relationships with clients by providing holistic financial, estate, and legacy planning advice
Source new UHNW relationships through a proactive and strategic business development approach
Collaborate with internal wealth planners, investment strategists, and family office specialists
Maintain the highest fiduciary standards and commitment to delivering objective, client-centric advice
Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in firm-wide strategic growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience advising UHNW individuals, families, or family offices
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management at the UHNW level
Deep understanding of alternative investments, private markets, and complex wealth management strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow within a global, independent advisory platform
Strong technical knowledge in investments, wealth planning, tax-efficient strategies, and family office dynamics
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
FINRA Series 65 or equivalent licenses preferred (or ability to obtain)
U.S. work authorization required
