Role Title: IT Asset and Configuration Lead

The Role:

• Develop and maintain Asset, Configuration and Change Management policies, processes and procedures
• Design, implement and maintain the CMDB
• System maps and reporting
• Update and maintain the Asset Management records
• Manage and control Software and Hardware license audits
• Improve efficiency and performance of the team

Experience Required:

• Working in an Asset, Configuration and Change management role
• Defining, implementing and managing of Asset, Configuration and Change Management processes and tools
• Operating Asset, Configuration and Change Management processes using ServiceNow
• Software Asset Management
• Good understanding of ITIL v3 and v4 processes and principles
