We are looking for an Customer Success Manager to join a reputable and rapidly expanding business based from Manchester.

This SaaS company's technology is fully cloud based, highly configurable and supports hundreds of thousands of interactions every month.

This is a key role for the business to make sure that their customers are successful, lifelong advocates of their software. Utilising excellent relationship building skills, this manager will create strong & effective partnerships with both the customers & internal stakeholders.

You will also ensure the timely & quality delivery of projects & maintain very high customer satisfaction. You would be the primary owner of the operational relationships with customers, working closely with sales & Account Managers on new and existing customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer facing position - preferably with some exposure to customer success management
  • Knowledge of a Software as a Service Business
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • An enthusiasm around working with customers
  • Proactive in contributing to the continuous improvements of standards
  • Self-motivated & conscientious

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is in a customer facing role, maybe in Customer Success or Service Delivery, who is looking to take the next steps in their career.

This will be a broad role giving you exposure to customer service and project delivery .
