Job Opportunity: Customer Support Analyst

Our esteemed client, a fast-growing company in the technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Analyst to enhance their Operations team. Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer centric support, problem diagnostics and resolution.
  • Recommend improvements.
  • Support new customer onboardings.

Key Skills

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Solid B2B experience (essential).
  • Background in the Life Insurance, Pension, Investment, or Brokerage industry (essential).
  • Proven ability to handle customer escalations within a ticket-based workflow, consistently meeting SLA requirements.
