On behalf of a leading company in the Retail sector, we are currently supporting the search for a Digital & Marketing Director to join the executive team and lead the company's marketing and digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the brand and digital marketing strategy across local and European markets
Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across all touchpoints (digital, media, retail, experiential)
Oversee the launch of new products in alignment with commercial and R&D teams
Drive performance marketing, CRM, and MarTech initiatives to optimize engagement and conversion
Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team (approx. 20 people), fostering a high-performance culture
Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement and business impact
Coordinate external partners and agencies to support brand growth and innovation
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 10 years' experience in senior marketing roles
Proven track record in digital marketing, brand strategy, and transformation leadership
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with an entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
Experience in international or multi-market settings is a plus
Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or other European languages is considered an asset
