RESPONSIBILITIES
You will…
- Be responsible for installation, start-up, and maintenance of IT equipment
- May be deployed for PC staging, installation and maintenance of PCs and peripherals, in a network or non-network environment.
- Provide regular advice, training, and technical support to customers. If necessary, you will also provide telephone support
- Mainly work at customer site
- Work alone & in team
- Be often on the road and work at a fast pace
- Finish the job
- Strictly adhere to procedures and safety rules when carrying out your work
- Manage your personal stock of materials in your COMPANY CAR
- Regularly carry your IT equipment (computers, printers, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- You have a diploma in third level secondary education
- You have a valid driving licence (at least B)
- You speak Dutch and English. French is a plus
- You are interested in technology and are eager to learn
- You think logically, work efficiently and strong in analysis and problem solving
- You are communicative
- You work independently and in team
- You can adapt quickly to circumstances
- You work in a precise, accurate and orderly manner
- You are attentive to customer satisfaction and always strive for quality service
