Finance Business Partner - Insurance

Exciting opportunity to join one of Irelands most successful financial services companies. Reporting directly to the senior finance business partner this role will support budgeting and forecasting of all financial KPIs, cost allocation framework and other analysis as it arises. The successful candidate with be a qualified accountant with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Support budgeting, planning and business strategy processes - challenging numbers and highlighting risk and opportunities
• Work closely with business units to produce forecasts for headcount and expenses
• Maintain and update cost allocation framework

Some Key Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Previous finance business partnering experience is an advantage
• Experience in Insurance or financial services is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
