Oliver James is proud to be partnering with a leading Asset Management organisation to recruit a Financial Reporting Analyst.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated finance professional to support global accounting operations across North America and EMEA, with a focus on regulatory filings, month-end close, management reporting, and financial analysis in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports across multiple global jurisdictions

• Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy of books and records across North America and EMEA

• Perform reconciliations and contribute to cash management activities across international entities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and coordination of external audits to successful completion

• Support the delivery of internal management reporting and performance insights for senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a Big 4 or large corporate environment

• A recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

• Strong exposure to financial reporting and understanding of regulatory requirements

• Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment under pressure
