International insurer seeks Agency distribution executive to lead training and MDRT development.
Role is responsible for:
- Developing training programmes for BUs across Asia
- Creating a regional training community for best practice sharing
- Design the road map for the MDRT growth programme, and work with local BUs on execution
We are seeking:
- Deep knowledge in agency distribution & training
- Experience in MDRT / Elite Agency / Premier Agency programmes
