Compliance Assurance Manager - Life Insurance - 12 month fixed term

Excellent opportunity to join a global life assurance company based in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be working closely with all areas of the business in Ireland and Germany.

Managing the compliance assurance function, involved in the future developments of the Regulatory Compliance frame work and reporting directly to the Head of Compliance.

Some key responsibilities :

• Working closely with the Head of Compliance and supporting in the Annual Compliance Plan
• Developing strong relationships with the key business units both in Ireland and Germany.
• Managing Compliance Assurance functions.
• Production of key reports and metrics for Senior Management.
• Developing the Risk, Compliance and Governance framework.

Some key requirements:

• Risk and Control experience
• Experience and understanding in a cross-boarder life insurance.
• Proven ability to apply legal and regulatory requirements to governance frameworks, processes and procedures.
• Ability to work across teams and capable of driving collaboration

Ideal requirement

• Written and spoken German skills.
