The successful candidate will hold the PCF-12.

What you can expect:

• Act as the primary compliance function within Ireland, ensuring the business meets its regulatory obligations.
• Lead the development of the compliance monitoring and testing framework.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland.
• Provide assistance to the global compliance team.

What you need to apply:

• A back ground in general insurance is preferable.
• Proven track record as a senior compliance professional.
• Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with group stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to think critically and problem solve.
