• Develop effective technology support through defining IT strategy, providing IT consultation and delivering IT solutions, so as to achieve the strategic goals and efficient operations of the business
• Drive and execute the strategic IT roadmap in delivering best in class technical services to enable WPB in maintaining market competitiveness*
• Lead Digital and Data transformation programmes for WPB and support business growth through effective application of emerging technologies
• Manage a diverse team of IT professionals in delivering growth, regulatory, risk & control and efficiency changes
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control policies and standards in the course of project execution and daily operations
• Continually improve service delivery and quality through adoption of Agile and DevSecOps, and partner with the business in enhancing agile maturity and customer centric capability
• Deliver new products and business partnership through innovation, adoption of FinTech and new technology solutions from the market
