Our client is a reputable international financial services firm who is currently looking for a Senior Manager in their Health Strategy & Analytics team to work closely with their senior stakeholder.

You will be designing the frameworks to efficiently gather pertinent health-related data, collaborating with Data & Analytics and other teams to put these frameworks into practice. As well, further job description is below:

• Evaluate health-specific data to derive insights crucial for refining Prudential's overarching health strategy, both at the group level and within individual LBUs.
• Deliver compelling presentations of pertinent data and insights to internal stakeholders, enabling them to translate these insights into actionable strategies.
• Utilize a use-case-driven approach to pinpoint opportunities for enhanced data collection throughout the entire value chain, ensuring the collection and management of high-quality data.
• Forge effective partnerships with other teams to furnish data and analytics that enhance medical cost management, connected care pathways, and medical underwriting procedures.
• Identify appropriate tools to bolster our health-focused data and analytics capabilities, collaborating with LBUs and Technology teams to deploy these tools across relevant markets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation techniques.
• Familiarity with health care protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
