Setting up a delivery office, needing support on this ambitious project.
Goals: optimize processes and projects.
Looking for a Delivery Manager to assist with local initiatives (e.g., automation) as well as major initiatives coming from other agile application tribes (Finance, R&C, Security, Daily Banking, etc.).
Tasks to perform: What the candidate will have to do?
Be independent day-to-day while working with their team and experts
Provide feedback, organize boards with tribe leads.
Challenge expectations, translate needs, and follow up with experts towards business tribes that are not necessarily IT.
Technical skills + Experience?
No deep IT expertise required.
General infrastructure knowledge enough to understand technical discussions and related challenges.
Able to quickly identify which meetings to organize and with whom to move things forward after each expert discussion.
Soft Skills
Team player.
Experience in large companies (different dynamics compared to smaller firms).
Familiarity and adaptability to an agile environment (not waterfall).
Understand the difference between these methodologies.
