To reinforce the department, which includes production squads for application tribes (Daily Banking, Channels, AI, Data Hub, CRM Tribe, Risk & Credit, Payments, etc.).
Scope: 4 teams within the Tribe, including a 20 people squad

Profile sought: Senior, capable of maintaining an overall view, very autonomous in a technical environment but not strictly technical.

Main missions

• Be the single point of entry with all stakeholders.

• Good understanding of infrastructure (even if not an infrastructure expert role).

• Coordination of sprints, reviews, retrospectives.

• SPOC for incoming requests and priority management.

• Management of deployments, releases, incidents (e.g., production bug on a payment application from an infrastructure perspective)

🧠 Technical skills and experience

• Not a pure technical profile but must understand IT challenges. (General web infrastructure knowledge is a great asset)

🤝 Soft Skills

• Very good communication skills.

🌐 Languages

• English: 95% of communication (especially with offshore teams).

• French / Dutch: a plus but not mandatory.
