Investment Funds Associate - US Firm - Hong Kong

We are working with an esteemed US law firm looking to expand their investment funds team in Hong Kong searching for a dexterous mid-level associate to join the team.

This role will offer broad exposure across investment funds and fund formation offering opportunities to work alongside the firms international network. Known for it's smart, collegiate and collaborative culture along with their competitive advantage in financial expertise.

Applicants with PE/VC fund formation would be the perfect fit and having significant M&A experience alongside would be favourable.

Requirements:

• Common law or US qualified
• 3+ year's experience (flexibility possible)
• Fluent English is essential with Mandarin skills advantageous
• Top tier / international firm experience is desirable
